I believe everyone has a responsibility for themselves as it is often our everyday choices that propel and guide us throughout our lives.
As a therapist trained in the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I believe we must first accept ourselves as we are before we can learn how to transform our inner chaos into a pathway of insight and calm.
My goal is to give you the tools you need to increase your awareness of the choices before you, empowering you to create a life truly worth living. My hope is to help you nurture your garden, guiding your seeds to bloom into flowers, while remaining mindful of the weeds and letting them be.
Getting into nature is my favorite way to recharge and reset!
